Several listings? On the Listings page, tick each listing, click Co-hosts, then Get started under Invite a co-host, and follow steps 4–6. The access level applies to every listing you ticked. You can change our access or remove us any time from the same Co-hosts screen.

Which access level?

Access level	What Lumière can do
Full access (recommended)	Message guests, update calendar blocks, and apply the price changes you approve
Calendar and messaging	Message guests and view your calendar only. We send you each price and calendar change to apply yourself

Your money stays yours. Only listing owners can set up or change payout methods on Airbnb. Co-hosts, even with full access, can't see or change your payout method or taxpayer info. With full access they can view the earnings dashboard and payout history.

You stay in charge. We change prices and calendar blocks only after you approve them. Anything about money, refunds, damage or safety comes to you first.

Vrbo

Vrbo doesn't have an Airbnb-style co-host invite. Please don't send us your Vrbo password or two-factor codes. Reply to our welcome email with your Vrbo listing link, and we'll set up access with you in the safest way your account supports.

Other platforms

Listed on Booking.com or anywhere else? Reply to our welcome email with your listing link, and we'll take it from there.

That's it

Once you've sent the invite, we'll accept it and take it from there.
